This negotiated project was the result of collaboration between contractor, client, and consultant to create a restoration project that solved the design and construction issues from original construction. The restoration work included complete replacement of the building exterior with a vapor shield envelope products and stainless steel flashings under Hardie siding. Our work also included complete replacement of the exterior decks with a clean, simplified design. The finished decks have westcoat surfaces with no penetrations through the horizontal plane for maximum durability and weather resistance.
